Not just with CrossFit, but literally anything physical. If so, then our new 12 week programme will be perfect for you.
It’s new, it’s fresh, it’s fun, it’s educational, and it will definitely get you results. It will also give you an insight into our methodology in training.
Over the 12 weeks you can expect two evening sessions a week implementing a combination of strength and conditioning with detail in the programming focusing on fitness, strength, and positivity. The group sessions will involve a mixture of kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements in a conditioning workout that will be both challenging and rewarding.

The 12 week programme is available to people of all abilities. All movements are tailored to you and intensity is scaled to your ability level to help you maximise your time training.
Our first intake for the programme will begin Tuesday 5th March and finish Thursday 23rd May. Sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm.
A maximum of 8 people will be able to book onto our course and it will be a first come, first served basis.
