Our June workshop is all about the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Over two hours our Nexus Coaches will break down both movements and delve into the intricacies of each to develop a greater understanding of Olympic lifting technique. From in-depth drills to teach about positions and bar path, to physics theories on moving the bar effectively, this workshop will hone and refine your technique.
Whether you’re new to lifting and want to develop a greater understanding of the movements in general or an experienced lifter in your own right looking to refine certain aspects of a lift; this workshop is for you – we’ll have a number of coaches on the day able to offer valuable insights on your lifts.
