PERSONAL TRAINING

Dedicated time and attention, personalised programming and one to one private coaching. This is not limited to CrossFit but tailored to suit your needs and goals. Regular assessments and communications to manage your progress. Perfect for those who have a strict / limited schedule or have more specific goals in mind.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING

Specific individual programs for more experienced athletes needing an extra push or structured program to draw out their potential. This can be incorporated around the CFXIXI GPP Program or standalone if you train away from CFXIXI.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Specific barbell only class focusing on weightlifting elements to develop the clean & jerk and snatch.

ENDURANCE

For anyone wanting to get better at running, improve their engine, anyone who might be training for a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon, Triathlon, Iron Man or a Tough Mudder type event or if you just love to run!

CROSSFIT KIDS

Fun, inclusive fitness designed to help kids stay active and develop a strong foundation. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. A strong foundation aids their development into specific specific sports if chosen to do so.

GETTING STARTED

Join Us

CrossFit is for everyone. No matter your age or ability, we cater for everyone!

If you are new to CrossFit and strength & conditioning, you will need to complete our Foundations Course first which will teach you your basics and fundamentals.

After your Foundations, you can take out a membership which will give you unlimited access to classes and open-gym! PAYG is available too.
All of our classes are an hour long and programmed ourselves to be constantly varied plus fun so you never get bored whilst getting results! They are all led by our great team of coaches too! They will be coaching and supporting you through everything in the class too!

So all you need to do now is fill in the form here ! We will get back in touch to schedule a your Foundations Course with you and answer any other questions you may have!
