The CrossFit Program is designed and developed to make people stronger, faster, fitter and healthier. Enhance one’s physical capabilities and maximise all components of fitness.
However, CrossFit is much more than that, far more. It is a lifestyle, it is a community, it is like minded people striving to better themselves day by day. A community who enjoys each others company, who enjoy conquering challenges, who take pride in overcoming mediocrity.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

CrossFit is for everyone. No matter your age or ability, we cater for everyone!
If you are new to CrossFit and strength & conditioning, you will need to complete our Foundations Course first which will teach you your basics and fundamentals.
After your Foundations, you can take out a membership which will give you unlimited access to classes and open-gym! PAYG is available too.
All of our classes are an hour long and programmed ourselves to be constantly varied plus fun so you never get bored whilst getting results! They are all led by our great team of coaches too! They will be coaching and supporting you through everything in the class too!
