What are your prices?
We operate differently to your typical commercial gym. We’re not trying to sell you a 12 month contract. We care and dedicate ourselves to you personally.
Membership is £75 but our Foundations will vary depending on a number of factors. Think of it as a builder’s quote, they charge you for the work that needs doing so get in touch and book in for a free consultation. Understanding the value of what you are paying for is crucial.
We also abide by a no contract rule. You can be assured, there are no hidden fees, no charges and no contracts. We are that confident you will stay with us because you WANT to, and not because you HAVE to. Don’t just take our word for it, come down and speak to our members and hear first hand of their results and success from training with us.
Your membership is expensive...
Is it? You’re not just paying for a facility filled with machines like your commercial gyms. You’re paying for knowledge and education which you are unlikely to find anywhere else. For expertise and professionalism in the coaching. For the community and support. Most of all, for the results we deliver and you achieve. Try not to see the membership here as a luxury or commodity but more an investment into your own health.
Can I do CrossFit if I’m unfit?
Everyone has to start from somewhere. You come here to get in good shape and to get fit.
CrossFit is for EVERYONE! We focus on functional movements. These functional movements are essential human movements that we use everyday. Any movement and any workout can scaled to fit each individuals needs. Bottom line, everyone will benefit from CrossFit…even Grandma.
What is CrossFit and what is the class structure like?
We are completely different to your bootcamps and studio classes…
It’s hard to imagine if you have never done it before, so we highly recommend you come down and spectate a class or schedule a free taster session. Check out our WHAT IS CROSSFIT page to find out more.
Classes are an hour. Generally it starts with a warm up followed by strength, skill, conditioning components and ending with an intense workout at the end.
Is CrossFit safe? I heard you can get injured doing CrossFit, is this true?
CrossFit, like anything else, is safe when done correctly. It completely depends on the quality of the affiliate and the coaches within.
In your Foundations Course we teach you proper mechanics for these functional movements, and continue to review them in the regular group setting, as safety is a priority for us. We first teach you proper mechanics, we drill them consistently then we add the intensity.
Remember, any activity can result in injury. Luis Suarez (professional football player) took a bite out of someone during a game. Does this mean you will get bit every time you play football? No, of course not. So because someone somewhere got injured once doesn’t mean everyone will.
CrossFit is actually safer than most activities because we incorporate movements your body is MEANT to do.
What is this and will it benefit me?
A specific focus on barbell movements with an aim to improve the Olympic lifts – Clean & Jerk / Snatch.
The class also includes strength elements and drills to enhance your technique and overall movement with the barbell.
CrossFit GPP classes are an hour long and often ends in a workout with other components to work on so extra time working solely on technique with the barbell is always beneficial! Hence the Weightlifting class – 90 mins of technique and barbell focused work.
Is this suitable for me?
Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn or more advanced looking to practice and improve, the class suits all. However, you will need to have done some form of basic foundations / on-ramp first – either here or at another official affiliate.
When is this on?
Every other Thursday at 7:00pm till 8:30pm. (Yes, it’s a 90 minute session). See when the next one is on teamup [here].
How much is it and can I do this even if I’m not a member?

Non-members will need to demonstrate a basic understanding of the clean & jerk and snatch before attending their first session.
What is this Endurance Class?
CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program geared towards improving performance, fitness, and endurance sports potential. It is different from the traditional long-slow distance training by eliminating volume and upping the intensity of the workouts. The class focuses on proper running technique along with a running workout designed to develop and maximize our athlete’s endurance and anaerobic threshold.
Is this a Running Club?
Not quite but similar. It’s not all about running massively long distances but rather designed intricately to improve your engine so that you CAN endure the longer distances more efficiently.
When is it?
Every Saturday at 10:45am till 12:00pm! As this is predominantly outdoors, we have a CF KIDS class at the same time indoors, so you’re more than welcome to bring them down too!

What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching the CrossFit methodology to children. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, the program emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
